How much does air duct cleaning cost in San Antonio?
Air duct cleaning is $69 for one AC system, with every vent and a camera inspection. With dryer vent or chimney cleaning it is $79, and all three are $89. Each additional AC system is $49. The price is set before we start.
What is negative air pressure duct cleaning?
A high-powered vacuum is connected to the duct system so the whole system is under suction. As each vent is agitated, the loosened dust travels to the vacuum and out of the house instead of blowing into your rooms. It is the method we use on every job.
How often should a dryer vent be cleaned?
About once a year, sooner if the dryer takes two cycles, runs hot, or the outside flap is caked with lint. Lint buildup is a fire risk, and vents that run through the attic clog faster.
Do you clean chimneys and fireplaces?
Yes. Chimney and fireplace cleaning is $79 together with air duct cleaning, or $89 with the dryer vent too. Have it done before the first fire of the season.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
An adult needs to let us in and walk through the camera inspection with us at the start and the end. The cleaning itself takes about 40 minutes to an hour and a half.
Do you charge a travel fee outside San Antonio?
No. Boerne, Bulverde, Cibolo, Converse, Fair Oaks Ranch, Helotes, New Braunfels, San Marcos, Schertz and Spring Branch are all inside our normal service area at the same coupon price.
